So my levels are a little high. How can I reduce these levels and has anyone had problems with Bromine, and silicon.

High silicon is no concern unless you have problematic diatoms.
I am not convinced iodine will be useful, but I’d dose an iodide supplement if that is your goal. Many brands are fine, but I’d personally avoid Lugols solution.

Your bromide is low, right, not high? I don’t think it any concern, but you can dose it or do water changes if you want.

Yes, Randy I meant to say it was low, What would bromide symptoms be?
fer. I will investigate iodine some more to see if it is worth my money. Probably not as I do a lot of water changes.
