I converted an AIO from a FW planted tank to a Nem/zoa tank. Due to the design of the sump, it was impossible to completely drain the tank and ~1\2g of water was left in the back. I adjusted salinity and set up the tank using very old live rock from another system.

I haven't noticed any issues at all except for a massive diatom bloom, which isn't surprising given the silicon level below. The ferts I was dosing contained zinc, so it doesn't surprise me that the test reflects that.

Are any of these levels actually harmful? Everything else tested is great.

Nothing there will be an issue. A few water changes will bring things into better balance and you should be good
