I sent a triton test and confirmed via UPS tracking it was delivered on the 19th. I haven’t received results nor any confirmation it was received. How long does it normally take once received?

It's been right at about 10 days from mailing for me last few times. You should get 2 emails along the way indicating it was received at the local hub and then again in Germany. I've nearly always received results within 3 days of getting confirmation of arrival at the Garman lab.

And FWIW, this last round I sent in an ATI test simultaneously to test my RODI and mixing station water which took 5 days longer than Triton.

You should expect up to two weeks, with either ATI or Triton. Sometimes one comes back faster, sometimes the other.

Two weeks after they receive it? They have had it since the 19th. I didn’t send it on the 19th. They claim 2-3 business days from receipt per their email.

Exactly same thing here.. for the second time.. first time I never received the results.... They sent me a new test, I sent then on march 17th and still no results...

My test was received at the Triton lab in Germany on the 21st according the the e-mail they sent me. I'm hoping I get results before the weekend.

Me to. I sent them an email yesterday and this was their response. I would have like to received something more specific to my sample. Like “sorry for the delay, “I checked on your test and it should be uploaded tomorrow

My results came in today. My frustration on the delay quickly replaced with appreciation for the findings. Per triton narrative

Your Chromium levels are dangerously high.

Check for possible contamination source. To assist you in finding the source of error, we have listed the most common chromium sources (sorted in descending order of frequency):

1. Trace element overdose / contamination
2. Metals near or in the aquarium (as rusty clamps or screws)
3. Contaminated salts

Mine came today too! Besides the 15% water changes for 6 weeks, everything normal

Everything is normal but it calls for 6 weeks of water changes? That doesn't sound right.

Well I must be lucky. Maybe its the first time playing win?

I put my ICP test in the mail on 4-2-19 and my results came in today. 4-9-19
So 7 days for me.

What company? The US one has faster turnaround than the German ones. :)
(Assuming you're in the US. )

I am in Reno NV, USA, sample was sent to California then Triton sent it to Germany.
According to the emails I received tracking my barcode.

Oh, you did get lucky then. Must have just rushed your sample to the plane to Germany as it was taking off! :p
Seriously though, it's good to know that sometimes it goes that fast. :)

LOL every time I send in a sample Triton tells me to do water changes! If it isn't corroding equipment it's some sort of contamination from food, dosing, or RODI water. I believe this last contamination was coming from NO3 dosing (contamination was Fe and Pb). I figured something was up because the NaNO3 solution I mixed had a slight grey precipitate. New NO3 solution from Loudwolf brand 99.6% pure NaNO3 mixed clean. Best defense is weekly water changes.

From the United States my ICP came back in seven days but still waiting on N-DOC .
