ICP-OES Question?

I received an ICP-OES test in the mail, but zero instructions on what to do with these multiple tubes. Do I just fill them all with tank water and mail it back?

There’s three tubes and a syringe. Should I wait to take the samples on Monday and mail it then so it doesn’t sit somewhere over the weekend?

the Product sticker has a field saying "Sampling Instruction" with a QR code on it.
