Hey guys,
Attached are my MarinLab test results. You'll see they have high levels of lithium and barium, and low levels of boron. Any foreseen issues with this? What could be the source?
Also, here are my own parameter results that i tested that day;
Temperature: 79.9
Conductivity: 32.4
SG: 1.025
pH: 7.94
Alkalinity: 8.2 DKH
Ca: 410 mg/L
Mg: 1440 mg/L
NO3: 3 mg/L
PO4: 0 mg/L
Salt I use is Aquaforest pro.
I dose their calcium, alkalinity, and reef salt solutions with component strong additives mixed in at a quarter the recommended does due to the fact that I dont have many corals
Water changes are 10 percent every two weeks.
Currently i'm battling a cyanobacteria outbreak from dosing nitrates and phosphates for a week. I stopped dosing and am now on day 2 of adding h202 at 1ml/10 gallons twice a day.
I've always had a weird algae problem. Weird Macro algaes mostly along with small amounts of hair algae and others. I run chaeto in a reactor but it slowly melts away unless i does nitrates.
