Made up the part C tonight I have a old liter meter 3 that im going to setup and use for dosing it. I put 4 scoops in a gallon of water.

So for dosing that I should dose 212 mils if im dosing 425 mils alk right ?
Right now im dosing 425 ALK and 435 CAL

I do not know what alk and calcium recipes you are using, , but BRS gives recipes here:

Leave out the part titled "BRS Pharma Balling Method Magnesium Mix Solution" as it should not be used when using Balling Part C.
Don't miss this sentence:

" Dosing is based on your aquarium's alkalinity dosage and will be twice that amount when using BRS Soda Ash."

If it is the baked baking soda ash recipe, then use the BRS recipe above, including the 2x comment.
