ICP test results for fowlr

I just got done dosing silicates to get rid of SCA dinos which so far has been successful. I did an ATI ICP just to level set after all of that. I have a FOWLR at this point and as of now, no plans for corals in the near future. I wanted to get opinions on the suggested dosing ATI recommends. I don't know if these are important for a FOWLR or not. Should I just do all of these? I hate to spend money that I do not need to spend unless it could have a negative effect on my tank which is a 65 gallon Reefer250. Here are their recommendations:

If you are doing water changes then I think it would not be necessary at all to bother with these tiny additions.

It’s a really good question for people who have large public aquariums, do they dose trace elements for fish? I think not but I don’t know, really.
