Honestly, I don't see anything alarming in your levels. While not dangerously low, euphyllias like torches appreciate elevated magnesium so you might try getting it up over 1400ppm or even higher (1450-1500).

Most of the other trace elements are not super imperative for torches, but can help with growth and coloration. Them being low certainly wouldn't cause detrimental affects to the coral though.

You might want to look at flow as I know torches can be temperamental about their flow requirements. Also what is your alkalinity? I didn't see it listed in the report.

Alk is at 8.2…also I started doseing all for reef should I Continue doseing it I started about 2 weeks ago

Dosing really depends on your tank's alkalinity consumption rate. If your tank is consuming 0.5 dKH or more a day it's probably a good idea to dose for better stability as your corals will certainly appreciate it.

What I would do is test your alkalinity at the same time everyday for 2-3 days. See how fast it is depleting. Then you can adjust your dosing based on the tank's demands to try and keep it as stable as possible.
