On the website Cl, I, Fe, and K are highlighted as low. Also if there are other websites or a sticky I should look at any links would be great.

Heres mines for reference. They are pretty similiar. I got my test done cuz i noticed RTN. I changed lighting and adding phosphate removing agent. I think based off my result and possible yours the zero phosphate is a problem. Did you add anything like gfo which could have caused phopshate to bottom out?

no GFO just a fuge, when it gets elevatedive .1 I add a few mls of Phosphate-E to knock down a bit. I am typically .08 -.12 ish on my Hanna, maybe I need to order a set of the control samples.

has anything changed in the tank or the routine on the tank? new additions or changes?
I generally see people have a loss because of change, disease, and algae/ bacteria blooms. assuming you have had these pieces for a long time.
if not a long term kept coral the possibility's go further.
hard to say from the test it doesn't look bad and should keep all corals in my opinion.
you should look at this article:

Thanks for the link I'll check it out. Most of what died is new additions but also some stuff I have had growing and doing great for 6-8 months. I run UV as well so no blooms or algae to mention. Dunno weird stuff I guess.

Hope the link helps. Ya weird it's hard to say. Generally my stuff either everything in tank is happy or not. Did you use par meter for placement? Flow changes?

No flow changes and an Apogee 510 par meter. I was kinda hoping that there would be some show up in the icp so I could have that Ha! moment. Almost leads me to believe I have a pest in the tank I don't know about. Have a melanarus wrasse so I would not think flat worms should be an issue not have I ever seen any?

ya it would be hard to say unless you see it. Maybee a dip would reveal the issue if you see em coming off or visually see em in the tank.
Super weird. I hope someone has some input I am a little at a loss. Sorry I can't be more help. Would it be possible to get some tank pics?
