That low PO4 level coupled with low iodine and fluoride can do it. How old is the system?

A year old. Yea I might get some iodine I just don't want to over due it because I don't have many corals unlike most people who dose it

I do not see anything that will contribute to cyano, but then again, I don't think ICP ever does give such info.

I see no particular issue for pest algae.

You might or might not benefit from a trace element supplement such as Tropic Marin A and K for a variety of trace elements.
