ICP testing, issue with getting results

Is there a problem with ICP. I have sent them 2 batches of water samples over 2 weeks back and no results yet. I even emailed them and no response. This is not like them cause in the past I would get the results in 1-2 days after they received the sample. Anyone else have issues lately?
 
Which ICP house did you send your samples to? I sent some to Coral Vue about a month ago and saw something like they recieved them, but never did the test. I emailed them and they asked me for an shipping tracking number, but you send them the samples in the box they provide via USPS, so you don't get a tracking number... I replied and mentioned that their web site has a date when they started the test, but I never heard back. Now I feel like just throwing out the other four tests I bought and haven't used yet.

I'm having the same issue - almost. I sent mine in and 2 weeks later I got the results for the RODI only. Sent them an inquiry and no response for a week. Still no result for the aquarium. They must be having issues.

I have never received my results. It is almost like they lost the samples or never received them. The feedback from Coral Vue is horrid. I bought a few of the tests all at the same time and I think I was basically ripped off. I have two more to try, but have been so disappointed that I am just waiting a bit to send another one in.

I'm still waiting for a response from them with no indication I will get 1. I am still waiting for the aquarium results from Feb 7th and I also have another set of tests to send in but am waiting a bit as well. I wanted it to work but I may have to go to another company at this point. Unfortunately it affects my impression of any product linked to the entire brand and will guide future purchase decisions for equipment as well. If a mistake was made then let us know or if there problems let us know. Its the communication part that would be so easy to accomplish that is frustrating.
 
I have used ATI in the past with great results, but thought I could save a buck or two with Coral Vue. What a mistake. I used to have a doser from them that I had to get rid of when it almost crashed my tank unloading a ton of two part one day for no reason. I happened to be looking at my tank and noticed it became cloudy (not even an inch of visability). Tons of water changes later and that doser went in the trash. I should have know better than to trust them again.
 
Sorry to hear about that experience. We buy hobby grade products that our systems rely on and we depend on to be reliable. Maybe its too much to expect for products to be reliable but they are not cheap to buy and we have too much invested in our systems. Good thing you were there to take care of it.
