ICP Triton Best Practices

I'm curious as to what most reefers do when it comes to ICP tests. Assuming you have a way to monitor the basics (ie Neptune Trident, Hannah kits) would you recommend testing every month / quarter to monitor trace elements or catch trends? Any recent experience using Triton vs Coralvue? I am debating on trying ICP to get another data point on my water quality and wanted to hear what is working for you guys.

FYI my goal is an SPS dominant mixed reef. Thanks guys!

I haven't run an ICP test since last summer. I have a Neptune Trident as well as an assortment of Hanna (etc.) tests - including a trace elements version (iron, iodine and potassium).
