ID algae and ID these organisms

Hey all, I got this tank from a guy a few weeks back but getting a lot of this green on the rock recently. It's not slimy and doesn't want to come off even by scrubbing with a toothbrush. There are what looks to be air bubbles forming you can see on the rock as well. The first 3 pics were taken Wednesday with different lighting. The other 2 were pics were taken tonight. Any suggestions on identifying and dealing with the potential issue is appreciated. Also wondering about the little tube-like organisms and if those are an issue as well, vermetid snails maybe?

Doing weekly water changes, use a UV sterilizer, using ro/do water as well but just need to know if I should be concerned and what to do if there is an issue that needs addressing.

Small bubbles can be an early sign of Dinos but sometimes just the algae. Looks like it could be diatoms but its a little green for that. New coralline sometimes starts out green. In my brothers tank it was almost a neon green and over a few weeks it'll develop into a light purple and then dark purple. Not very knowledgeable as I'm fairly new to saltwater so lets see what other people have to say.

The green is fine. Good. Normal algae start. The bubbles is either dino or the end of your diatom.
Add powerhead pumps if you dont have them. Keep on the wc. Good job. Uv.is ok.
Take a turkey paster or your wave pump and blow the rock off before your wc's. This will help tremendously.

Hopefully bubbles are just end of diatoms. My phosphates and nitrates did drop close to zero for a couple days while I was still trying to get a hang of saltwater but hopefully that wasn't enough for them to come in. And I have about 30-40x turnover in my DT between Powerheads and return.

Thanks for the info. I should add the tank has been running for about a year now but again, just got moved to my house a few weeks ago and everything was put in buckets and sand was left in the tank for a few hours. And the tube like things seem to be vermetid snails. Saw some mucus string. Plucked one off today and took a pic. Since I don't have any coral yet my plan is to remove the rock and put it in a bucket of saltwater and inspect each one and physically remove it down to the base with a razor blade and tweezers.
