Over the past week I have been getting a brown algae bloom as well as some type of green algae spreading pretty fast on my dry rock. Tank is around 3 months old.

I have very low phosphate and around 10-20 nitrates.

Looks like it could be diatoms and regular maturing algae. At three months old your tank is still really young, and you're going to see alot of algaes and colors come and go. Nothing to worry about as these tend to die off on their own as your tank matures more :)

thanks for the help again! I’m going to keep an eye on it and hopefully the water changes and siphoning will help a bit

It looks a lot like diatom on my sand as it’s like a crust lair and crumbles when I siphon or touch it but in my skimmer it’s somewhat long and hairy.
