ID algae?

Hoping I can get some help on what exactly this algae is? The tank is a couple months old so I know I’m going through the uglies. Just would like to know if I should do something about it or if it just goes away.

Green Hair Algae. Currently the bane of my existence. Likes white lighting and phosphates. Nearly impossible to get rid of.
