ID algea and how to treat!

Please help me ID this algea it’s red and stringy mixed with dinos I believe my tank is 4 months old. My nitrates are 15-20 and my other parameters are as following. I use R.O water as well.

I wasn’t sure because I thought Cyano was more slimy looking then hair like.
