ID and advide please

Can anyone ID this for me? I thought it was some kind of brain but I am second guessing myself and now I think it is a type of meat coral. Anyway, I really like it and as you can see it is not opening and doesn't look great. I have it in low lighting and moderate flow right now. I have tried to feed it some shrimp but the water kept blowing it away. I am going to make a water blocker out of a two liter tonight and try again. Any other advice would be great.

It looks like it could be an acanthophylia. Try med light with low to med flow. Cut your pumps off when you feed it so the shrimp doesnt blow away.

+1 and might wait til after lights out to see if feeding tentacles are out before attempting to feed again.
