ID, and are these guys good or bad?

please see the attached tank pics, tank is roughly 7 months old, parameters are pretty stable with decent coral growth but the side of my tank is starting to look ugly. should I leave this alone and consider it as tank maturing or should I clean it up nicely. It wasn't like this till about 2 months ago when

I added a small and only batch of phytoplanton from an lfs.

Spirorbid worms and sponges, perfectly normal and part of a maturing tank

Look up spirobid worms and pineapple sponge and see if they are similar to what you're seeing.

Both common for new tanks and harmless filter feeders.

Yup, they dont move much, or at least they move so slow it doesn't appear that they're moving lol

Is there a fish or invert that eats spirorbid and pineapple worm?
