I think its a hairy mushroom but I'm not sure what exsactly it is. I'm contemplating wheather to buy it or not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a hairy mushroom. They look a little deflated, but seem to look relatively healthy. Hard to tell from video...
They are quite easy to care for and do well in low-mod light and flow.
 
As mentioned they are hardy and easy to care for. They spread pretty quickly (I added three to my tank like two months ago and there are now seven). They also get pretty big, like 5-6” across. They are Rhodactis (I think indosinensis, but could be wrong). They like to be fed occasionally and can be semi-aggressive towards other corals, but they’re not like the elephant ear mushrooms where you need to worry about them eating small fish. They’re a hardy, pretty, beginner friendly coral.
