Green star polyps - you sure you don't know what it is? Sorry, it's usually one of the first things people try out; If you can get a razor blade under there and start peeling, that'll be the only way. It depends on what kind of rock/how flat as far as how well that'll go. But your best bet may be to trade with someone locally/LFS with some new live rock. One single polyp can grow back easily.

I have some also, it takes over pretty fast. i slowly peel mine off and sell it back to my lfs. its a win .
