ID and light and flow?

Can any one tell me what these are and what there preference to light and flow might be. The are not quite opening. I dipped them a few days ago and they started peeking. How long should I wait before moving.

I think these are zoas, medium to low flow, medium to low light

Yes. I would keep those prime spots for sps or other high light requiring corals

is putting zoa's on the sand bed asking for trouble with a diamond goby and cuc running about? Or is that too low for them.
