ID and plan of action needed

can anyone tell me what kind of alge this is. To me it looks like brown hair algae but would like confirmation.

Also what is needed to get rid of it. The first thing I'm going to do when we get power back is a 50% water change and was thinking to dip all my coral as some of it had it growing on the frag plugs.

I've already used a turkey basted and sucked some off of the rocks and coral.

Dino's. just blow it off with a turkey baster really good; then do a water change immediately afterwards. And rinse out the filter media and sponge.

what causes dino's? I know my nutreints are high and am going to set up a fuge with cheato to help with export.
