New to anemones and received this one from a fellow reefer as a “Green BTA” but owned for several months now and haven’t seen it bubble and starting to wonder if it’s another species? I do understand bubbling trait doesn’t always happen.. thanks in advance for the seasoned eyes

Sounds about right.

I see the green fluorescence so got the color right.

As for bubble - no one seem to have figured out completely what controls the bubble formations - some specimen would have bubble in one tank then the same one moved to another tank would become long tentacle. Other would split and form colonies yet some "clones" would bubble up some not

Prevailing theory range from specifc light, flow, or feeding conditions.

If you can figure out how to make then bubble up then you can turn it into a product and make millions

I appreciate the vote of confidence, it’s basically next to my RBTA that is about 90% bubbled up so I guess if it were a long tentacle nem they wouldn’t coexist?
