I was curious if I should keep this anemone. Can it host clowns alright? I was told it was a bubble tip but I'm not too certain it actually is. Thank you. It is the same anemone in two different locations.

Agree on the LTA. A picture of the foot would seal the deal. Either way they host clowns

Also agreeing to the LTA observation! They will host clowns and porcelain crabs (mine actually hosted a cleaner shrimp for a bit)

Here are two more pictures. I am a little worried right now because since last night some of his tentacles have shriveled as well as he has not attached his foot to anything.. Is there something wrong with it? Is he just hangry? I have had him for about 3 weeks now and fed it brine shrimp yesterday.

My LTA never attached either, then he melted. I’m not sure on this Anemone. Could very well be a BTA, LTA has a speckled foot

Ive posted this anemone multiple times on different forums and so far I have gotten LTA, BTA, and Ritteri Anemone

It doesn’t really look like a BTA to me but more like a long tentacle or some sort sebae IMO

Can we get a white light picture? What are the colors

Only the very first picture on this post is with blues on. Everything else is whites. And one with the camera flash.
