It does look like a bug more than a worm.

Its super hard to tell from the pics - looks more like a pod to me. Maybe an isopod. If you can score some better pics that show some more detail you might get some more opinions.

Yep, I was mistaken...it does appear to be an isopod (harmless kind). Probably should not try to identify stuff on my phone lol
