ID Anyone?

SO I have had these PE for quite a while. They are retarded slow growers (comparable to PPE or PPRPE). They have the PE green mouth and the watermelon stripes when closed. I have looked all over and I can't find this morph anywhere. Can you guys help me tell if it is a new morph or not.
