updated the pic. Bright green double skirt and matching green mouth with a wicked solid purple disk. Can't find an ID anywhere. Any ideas?

Thanks kershak - do those have some speckles on the disk? The ones I have do not...are solid and look more purple rather than blue. Yours are sweet. is it spelled Vella?

Thanks! Looks close to me! And it's another super hero to go with my spiderman :). Now I just need to grab captain Americas and I'll have a collection of heros.
