ID Brown spots on frogspawn Skeleton

What are the brown spots? They kind of look like little brown balls. I know the white spots are spirobid worms and they are OK. I have just upped my coral feeding with Red Sea Coral Nutrition to 1 per day and about 20% larger dose. They seemed to have popped up in the last day or two. Thanks for help!
