I think there are some small ones on another rock but this one is about dime size.

Top looks like a coral skeleton devoid of any tissue; in other words, it is long dead imho. Sometimes corals "come back" even when the look this dead so might want to wait and see what happens. Does bottom one move or have any color?

No movement or color I can see. Neither were there a month or two ago. Rocks are from uncle and this is a new tank up since February.
