So I think I have feather duster , green bubble algae and —- blue sponge ?

Yes on the feather duster and bubble algae. The other thing isn't really in focus but it looks to me like it has polyps.

Tube worm, bubble algae and sponge. Bubble. . grab gently and wiggle loose and throw out in the garbage

It’s a tiny bubble .
should I just scrape it off outside the tank - kinda want the tube worm so don’t want to kill that

You can wiggle bubble loose or remove at its' base.
