Dont look like a bristleworm so might be a pest . Bump for another opinion

Can't really see it to well but maybe a stomatella snail?

I was guessing same as well when i search some pic or a medusa worm since i have some red string 6 inches away from it.

That's a worm, but I don't think it's a bristle or a medusa. Other than that I can't really say. Is there any chance you can lift the frag up and see if he's still there? If you can, arm yourself with a net so you can hook him out for more pictures.

When i was going to lift it up it burrowed itself into the sand and disappear

Dang... do you have a smaller net? If you see it again, dive in after it and dig the net down into the sand to scoop up a big bunch. Maybe he'll be in the mix.

Im a little scared to stir my sand its a pico reef.

There's a few marine worms that pop up in our hobby that has a particular shaped head that reminds me of your worm. Mind you, it's impossible to tell given the limited view... this is totally a "reminds me of.." guess. Two of the worms belong to the Lumbrineridae family and the Oenonidae family.
