hope this is close enough, couldnt get a decent picture...

sand flea?
i also had a red on of these...

With that great picture, I'll say amphipod. With a better one, I might say something else. Did it look like it had back legs that stick up like a crickets,

It's a red plastic cup...bad the the environment..but way better than doing dishes.

How about you guys stop being smarta$$es and help the man...

Your slug looking thing might be a stomatella snail, harmless grazer. And the crab reminds me of a Teddy Bear crab, however, in my experience, most hitchhiking crabs are bad, so I wouldn't put him back in your tank.

If the crab has a lot of hair on it, it's a teddy bear crab. I have 4 of them in my 220g and don't have any problems with them. They only come out at night and although I look in often at night, I have never seen one mess with corals. They're similar to (maybe related closely) to the red mithrax crab.

I feed mine sometimes when I'm spotfeeding corals. I use Coral Frenzy in a dropper and when I start squirting it near the crabs they act like they're attacking it and then they pull particles from the water and eat like mad!!
