ID Disc Shaped Critter

I have been noticing these in my tank. They do not attach the just move around with the flow. They also glow super bright orange under actinic. About 1/4 inch across.

I think that is a snail operculum. The door a snail uses to close itself in its shell.

+1 to the snail operculum. You must have had a snail die. The leave behind their shell and that when they do.
