ID for algae/growth on rocks?

Hi, I was hoping someone could ID this for me (sorry for the blurry pic, it was the best I could get)... it's BRIGHT, almost neon red and grows in a scale-y pattern like shingles on a roof or how fungi will sometimes grow on a tree. It's definitely not cyano or a mushroom. Very hardy as my giant RBTA lives next to it and brushes against it constantly, yet it still grows (albeit slowly).

Any ideas?Thanks!

Possibly Red Plate Coralline or Red Cup Coralline.

Actually I would guess flames tongue algae by the orange looking tips, or red bubble algae. I had some the grew like that.

Lobophora. I had it in a tank once and I really liked it. It looked like coralline but bright red.

Looks like it could be Red Dictoyta a well.
