ID for interesting creature?

These are gelatinous, translucent animals living on the tips of some caulerpa that hitched in on my TB Live Rock. They cast a line about 4-6 inches out. It consist of a single thread with many smaller threads coming off of it. Like a birds feather split in 1/2. They are beautiful to watch.

They are catching zoo/phyto I assume.
