ID for me please. Long body spiked tail

It’s been laying eggs on my wall for a while. I thought it might have been a snail but I lifted a rock & found these. It has an elongated body w/ a spiked tail & seems to like the cracks in the rock. https://youtube.com/shorts/WYQR1qM4JhE?feature=share
