Hello!

I received some frags from my buddy's LFS and have had these for a about two months. I'm thinking of letting it take over the back wall of my ten gallon nano, but would love to actually know what they are before I do. They have a purple mat with green polyps but are much smaller than your run of the mill GSP. The polyp tentacles also have more of a feather appearance. Have any idea what they are?

Thanks!

Yours might be long polyp gsp. Beautiful btw in a tank!

I have multiple frags of GSP that look very different than this one, is this a specific morph? The polyps are maybe 1 cm tall when extended, so just a fraction of the size of regular GSP. It almost looks like some clove polyps with the feathering extensions. But if it really is just GSP I guess that'll do!

Thank you so much! Love knowing the actual classification.

My blue lights have come on, otherwise mine would show the brownish color yours does. But mine is not feathery, as @35ppt points out -- just falls under the common "GSP" umbrella.
