Amphiods, and typically harmless, they assist in consuming some types of detritus.

Both the red ones and the white ones? With all the issues we are having with our tank I am just trying to check everything we come across.

Red looks like a curled up bristle worm. Some will say they are bad but they are part of the ecosystem in your tank. They are a great scavengers and will help keep the tank clean.
