looking to find the exact name of this species is? Also what does this coral eat, I have read that it can eat brine shrimp is this true? and where at in the tank should this be placed and what rate of water flow? currently have a 55g tank two 10,000K and 2 actinic lights. Deff could use some advise on any of the pics you see in my tank!

They're zoanthids in the first pic
They like moderate to high lighting
Medium flow
Best placed in an area with low light first and gradually place them where u want them
They do good in nutrient waters so if you have a lot of fish they're waste provides food
You can target feed or broadcast feed with supplements you can find at your LFS
I use this stuff called fuel and I get a good amount of growth

Thanks it sure does and I actually have the fuel, for my size tank how many capfuls would you recomend a day or every other day I just don't want to over do it

It's 1 capful per 30 gallons but test it out
I just mix in 1 1/2 cap then target feed all my zoos and what Evers left just gets mixed with the water
Make sure you stop the pumps for about an hour to allow the zoos to capture their food

Do u only have the one colony?

Is the some online picture gallery of corals? I am always amazed how specific people are with their ID'ing on corals from some pretty grainy pics
