ID help, friend or foe?

During my overnight light inspection I spotted the two critters that you’ll see moving at the base of the rock. Being my first tank I have no idea what they are and if they are harmless or harmful.

Out of focus, but appear to be common bristle worms. Beneficial detritivores. Over time, if it seems like you have too many, it is because they have too much food. Cut back on feeding and they will self limit. Many wrasses also fine them to be delectable.
