ID Help...More night time finds

Hi all. I found some more stuff tonight on my live rock looking with my flashlight. The photo is not the best as I try to aim the light and take a pic with my phone so I'm sorry but hope it's enough for id. The pic is of something that show itself at night only it's not a big or a creature but more like a coral or anemone type of thing. It's small, like pinkish or light brown and alil translucent and has little white round tips, hope pic helps cus it is interesting. 2nd thing I found tonight but cldnt get a pic of cus it's too fast is a very small shrimp or crayfish looking thing. It's probably less than 1/8 of an inch. It's grayish/whitish and crawls on the rock n goes in and out of crevasses very fast. I'm dying to know what they are and hope they aren't bad. Please help! Thank you!!

Clear thing is a Strawberry Aiptasia, or Ball Anemone.

The Pods? No, just a guess from the description of it.
Yea, the Aiptasia has to go.

But this doesn't look like aptasia. Looks more like pics I saw of a ball anemone. They aren't the same thing are they? And this thing completely disappears during the day.

Yup, they are the same thing. They aren't as aggresive, but spread like Aiptasia. I've got a few of them, and don't mind em. Some actually have great colors.

when I first started my tank(about 3 weeks ago) i had found a little bug crawling through my live sand/gravel. It looked like a mini white centipede thing. i took it out, just in case. should i not have taken him out?

PLease don't kill those anemone's. They are harmless corynactis viridis.

Might just have been a Bristle Worm. Not to worry.
