Id help needed

I have some algae growing that I need help Id'ing. I looked through the sticky as well as some past threads, but striking out on this.

Looking for the algae on the rock, I know there is red cyano on the sand currently Im battling, but what is this type?

check your phosphate level,,,use less light for a week or so about1/2

Last check my phosphates were at/near 0 with salifert test kits. so I am assuming the algae pictured is consuming it fast as I add it. I did just bottle up a sample to send off to ATI to get a definitive word, but will be a bit of a turn around there
