Tank is very new, so I see new things daily, this however has been growing at a brisk pace.

That was my first thought too, but never seen any like that.

Took a few more. You can see they are growing in multiple spots on this LR. I cannot tell if there is a mouth or not.

Yes, they're just filter feeders nothing to worry about.

Orange and blue are my favorite colored varieties of tunicates. they usually do best out of direct light. I have seen many color morphs arrive in shipments from all over the world just hitchhiking on live rock and coral bases, but the oranges and blues are most striking. Nice find.
