ID Help....Ostracod?

I dipped a troubled looking zoa frag just now and only found two things I didn't recognize. I whole bunch of these spotted guys which I think are ostracods and one of these red looking worm things. I'm thinking the red thing might be some coraline in a suspicious shape though.

Ideas?
