Honestly I don’t really know the difference
Honestly I don’t really know the difference
People eaters often have a green or blue mouth “slit” appearing as a line in the middle of the polyp. They also have a fairly short fat skirt that is one or two solid colors, never striped. Hawaiian people eaters are often referred to as “Pink Hawaiian People Eaters” here’s a photo from Tidal Gardens. Is there really a difference between Hawaiian ding dangs and Hawaiian people eaters?? Refreshing this
Thank you! Both are very unique and pretty looking. The Ding Dangs look a little nicer IMO.People eaters often have a green or blue mouth “slit” appearing as a line in the middle of the polyp. Hawaiian ding dangs tend to more of a green or blue coloration instead of pink. Honestly I believe that this might just be WWC trying to copyright this very popular zoa since they named it WWC Hawaiian Ding Dangs instead of just Hawaiian Ding Dangs.
