ID help please!

I noticed these two little critters on my live rock today. they're small so the photo isn't clearest but if they're a pest I want to get rid of ASAP. This is a 55g FOWLR and it's only been up and running for three months.

First thing might be a mushroom, really hard to tell. Second and third thing is aiptasia.
