ID Help Please

I bought 3 Anthias on Friday and they are currently in my QT. I noticed one of them has a white spot on or in its mouth. It kinda looks like something maybe hanging on its mouth. They all eat and I am running Prazipro right now, then plan to run Cupramine. I was just wondering if anyone could help identify what this is, and what might cure it.

Possibly a parasitic isopod, though it's hard to tell
