ID help please

I have a small patch of what appears to be a reddish/green "grass" growing on my main rock. 1/2 to 3/4" long waving in the current. I hit it with a light duty siphon during my last water change, but it stayed stuck to the rock. Knowing my luck, it's going to be something bad. It's not really spreading quickly and it's not really bad looking. Any ideas what I'm dealing with ?
