ID Help please!

I noticed it this morning, it's stuck into a rock and has tentacle type things that come out and extend out. I tried to suck it out with my turkey baster but it's latched on pretty good, and the tentacles receded since then. Any idea what this is and if it's a friend or enemy?

If enemy, how best to get rid of it?

That’s a brittle star- they let their arms out to grab detritus and food from the water column. Harmless lil friends

Spaghetti worms harmless and eat uneaten food and detritus and after blowing up the video to larger size appears as one
