Looks like a Fire and ice morph to me.

The green beside it is Radioactive dragon eyes. You usually find those growing with fire and ice morphs

The green is a seperate colony beside it. Here is a pic one of my fire n ice morphs next to them, they are purple and are about twice the size of any of my fire and ice morphs. I know these pics are bad, I will get better ones when I get my Nikon back.
